Payment Methods We Accept

When You're Charged

Your payment method is charged in full at the time you place your order, not when your order ships. This authorizes us to process payment for the items in your cart, including applicable shipping and sales tax.

Currency and Pricing

All prices on this website are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the tax requirements of your state. The tax amount is shown before you complete your order.

Security and Fraud Prevention

Your payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect your personal and financial information, and we do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

We may use automated fraud-detection tools to review orders. If an order is flagged for review, we may contact you to verify your identity or billing details before the order is processed or shipped.

Declined or Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Common reasons include insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or your bank's fraud-prevention systems blocking the transaction. Order Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us as soon as possible at care@leahpartow.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
